I have held technical roles with Akron Children's Hospital, Time Warner Cable, Spectrum, and Apple Inc, along the way earning an associates in Broadband communications, multiple master level certifications from Jones NCTI and various technical certifications. I started this business toward the end of 2021 while working full time, about 60 days in I secured a partnership with an MSP to upgrade systems for more than 120 Starbucks locations across the state of Ohio. Today I have over 100 clients and have personally completed over 500 field calls since 2022. I have a small team of experienced w2 technicians for larger projects but I am the primary field engineer.
