We design and build fully custom smart home systems for people with disabilities — combining hardware, software, and 20+ years of hands-on caregiving experience to create technology that actually fits real life.
Get In TouchEvery system is designed around the specific person it's for — no off-the-shelf hardware bundles, no generic software.
Eternal Integrations LLC was founded by a systems integrator and caregiver with over 20 years of combined experience in both fields. Every system we build comes from that background — we know what it's like to need reliable, responsive technology in a caregiving environment, because we live it.
The UnityNexus platform was originally built for a child with disabilities in our own home. It grew from a few sensors and buttons into a fully integrated system covering communication, monitoring, safety, reminders, entertainment, and remote caregiver control — all running on local hardware with cloud connectivity and a custom voice built from recordings of a family member.
We now build these systems for other families who need something real — not a subscription app that half-works, but a system engineered for the specific needs of the person using it.
Each system is assembled from a modular set of capabilities — you get what your situation actually needs.
Wireless buttons that trigger instant alerts to caregivers with timestamps and elapsed time tracking. Multiple buttons, multiple rooms.
Tablet-based picture boards organized by category. Tapping a tile speaks the request aloud and logs it with a timestamp for caregivers to review.
Real-time temperature and humidity monitoring per room, with threshold alerts when conditions fall outside safe ranges.
Instant notifications when doors or windows open or close. Configurable alerts for nighttime or unsupervised periods.
Live video feeds viewable from the caregiver dashboard. Up to multiple simultaneous streams — bedroom, common areas, exterior.
Scheduled or on-demand music playback — specific tracks, playlists, or categories tied to times of day or caregiver triggers.
Scheduled spoken reminders delivered in a familiar voice. Logged so caregivers can confirm completion remotely.
Patient-facing tablets for picture communication. Caregiver tablets and phones for full dashboard access and remote control.
Text-to-speech trained on recordings of a family member's voice — so the system speaks in a voice the patient already knows and trusts.

Real-time sensor status, active alerts, help button tracking, speech logs, camera access, and system controls — all in one view.
Category-organized picture boards. Tapping a tile speaks the selection aloud and logs it with a timestamp.
Room-specific boards covering clothing, comfort, and accessibility needs — with door/window controls and help button access.
We handle everything from initial design through installation and ongoing support.
We talk through the patient's specific needs, living environment, current challenges, and what caregivers need to be able to do remotely.
We design a system using only the capabilities that make sense for your situation. Hardware selection, software configuration, and layout planned before anything ships.
We build, configure, and install the system on-site. Everything is tested before we leave — sensors, buttons, cameras, dashboards, voice output.
We walk caregivers through using the dashboard and patient-facing tablets. Ongoing support available for adjustments as needs change over time.
Every situation is different. Reach out and we'll talk through what you actually need.
We work directly with families, caregivers, group homes, and care facilities. There's no sales process — just a conversation about your situation and whether we can build something that helps.
